About Our Professional Driving School
Chandler Driving School is an Authorized Third Party Driver License Training Provider, authorized by the State of Arizona Motor Vehicle Department, offering comprehensive “in-car” instruction. Our trainers are State licensed as in-vehicle trainers, and are background checked at both the State and Federal level. We believe that by offering thorough and complete driver training with a professional, and re-enforcement of those principles by practice, we are creating drivers who are better equipped to handle today’s driving situations in a conscientious manner.
We believe in progressive instruction, so we use a graduated curriculum. Simply put, one lesson builds on previous performance. By evaluating the student’s progress after each lesson, we are better equipped to tailor the lesson to the student’s individual ability. The only way to do this is to focus on one student at a time – which is why we offer one-to-one driving lessons.
We strive to align the driver’s confidence with their ability. This is why our driving lessons are so unique and arranged by degrees of challenge. Trainers cover topics from understanding the symbols on the instrument panel (dashboard), to the proper adjustments of mirrors, to driving in residential areas with little traffic to traveling in high density traffic on the highway. Our trainers will guide students as they progress step by step, building their confidence along the way.

As a professional driving school, our number one concern is the safety of all of those on the roads today, and this was taken into great consideration when our driving courses were designed. We will not only teach new drivers a graduated series of driving maneuvers, but we will also teach the observation skills necessary to be able to implement those maneuvers at the appropriate time.
We know that everyone has different learning styles. We observe the student’s understanding of the instruction given and work to teach the way that is most effective for each individual driver.
We work with our students’ schedules to accommodate their calendar (we know how busy everyone is!). Our lesson scheduling is flexible – We are available when the student is available, offering driving lessons days, evenings, and weekends. “Best price, got us scheduled quickly, and the instructor gave our daughter the driving test so she didn’t have to do it at MVD. She is now licensed! We had already spent about 20 hours in the car with our daughter, so she came to Chandler Driving School as an intermediate. Larry was her instructor, and she really enjoyed driving with him. He spent 10 hours working with her on freeway and rush hour driving, 3 point-turns, and parallel parking. The lessons were 5 days, every other day, for 2 hours. No horrific classroom videos with all the gore like I was forced to watch when I was in driving school. Just hands-on driving with a qualified instructor. Each lesson ended with an evaluation so we could see her progress. “I took Novice/10 hours course (before that I did maybe 4 hours of driving just in a neighborhood but was scared to go on main streets) and am ready to go take my road test! The instructor is very helpful with tips and is calm the whole time while learning how to drive and has your back if you don’t break/are about to drive off of lane etc. Plus you don’t have to provide a car and their car is really easy to drive.
